Leather care and maintenance

Warning:

  • Avoid using water or any cleaning solution on leather as it can cause leather’s protective finish to wear off.
  • Always keep leather surface dry. Avoid direct sweat contact.
  • Never use the following products or products containing these ingredients on leather. They may result in leather peeling, cracking and discoloration:
    • Soap, toothpaste, perfume, nail polish, makeup remover, various ointments, lotion or liquid products not meant for leather.
    • Any kinds of chemical, oil, detergent, bleach and other cleaning products.
    • Petroleum, alcohol, menthol, camphor, liquid paraffin, butanone, acid, alkali, ethers, ketones, benzene, and other similar substance.
    • Any kinds of chemical, oil, detergent, bleach and other cleaning products.
  • Place the sofa at least 50cm from any heat source such as hair dryer, heaters or radiators.
  • Do not expose your sofa to direct sunlight or strong light source to preserve the colour of the covering.
  • Be careful with highly pigmented clothings (e.g. dark denim).
  • Keep sharp objects such as buckles, keys and toys away from leather furniture.
  • Use of products not recommended may void warranty.
